3. Financing Applications

We may verify information contained in your application through identity-verification services, consumer reporting agencies, fraud-prevention services, financial-information providers, merchants, public records, and other lawful sources.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Legacy Capital 26 may approve an application, decline an application, request additional information, or offer financing on terms different from those initially requested, subject to applicable law.
4. Credit Review
In connection with a bona fide financing application, Legacy Capital 26 may obtain information regarding your identity, creditworthiness, credit history, financial condition, and ability to repay, where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required authorization.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and your executed financing agreement, the financing agreement will control with respect to your financing transaction.
6. Electronic Communications and Signatures
Certain documents, disclosures, agreements and communications may be provided electronically.
Where required, you will be asked to provide separate consent to receive legally required records electronically.
Electronic signatures may have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by applicable law.
7. Payments
Payments must be made using payment methods accepted by Legacy Capital 26.
If you elect automatic payments, you may be required to provide a separate authorization permitting Legacy Capital 26 and its payment service providers to initiate payments from your designated account.
Payment obligations, due dates, returned-payment provisions, late charges and other payment conditions will be governed by your financing agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to notify Legacy Capital 26 promptly if you believe your account or login credentials have been compromised.
You may not use another person’s identity or account without authorization.
